....sometimes they're the best kind, aren't they?
I recently made a few purchases from my friend and fellow-designer, Heidi Post of Ex Post Facto Jewelry. At least one of my three items of beautiful jewellery that arrived is a gift for my sister, and another piece I am toying with giving away....but the third, I have been eying up for a good while and it is staying with ME ;-)
Pretty sweet, eh? :-)

Heidi really has an excellent eye for color and form. Her work is so beautiful; I know that you'll enjoy your goodie! :)
Oh hooray! I'm so glad it all arrived safe and sound. I have been extremely worried because I didn't use extra packing tape to seal the self-sealing envelope, lol. Thank you again - I hope you'll love wearing it :)
Oh yes, I can see why you have taken a shine to it - it's gorgeous, and the colours and textures will go with so many outfits won't it.
Sometimes when one make things, and someone admires it, we tend to give it away, and enjoy the pleasure of just seeing their gratitude don't we. I know I do, and I always think, and usually say, 'Oh that's all right, I'll make another for myself - and never do!
So wishing you lots of enjoyment and pleasure every time you look at your bracelet, knowing that it's just for you.
I hadn't seen Heidi's work before (crawling out from under my rock right now) and really loved her style. Thanks for the introduction!
Wow.. I've just landed on your blog but your creations are so pretty and look like nothing I had ever seen before!

I couldn't agree with you more! Sometimes a nice present to yourself is needed ;)
And what a beautiful, gorgeous present you gave yourself! Believe it or not, that floral clasp has given me an idea, so I thank you and Heidi for the inspiration ^.^
Absolutely delightful - thanks for sharing!
