This morning...

Couldn't resist posting a quick update (see previous 2 posts) as I'm totally chuffed with the results! [a blog is like a diary, right? I can post it if I find it interesting...?!]

Pretty pleased with how these have turned out. I've used the tape sealing method with all of these and it seems to have worked with all but the little green one, which has bled a little. Anyone got any experience of taping up things to resin? Do they last? I hope so! I've got some sealant too so may have a go with that, dabbing round the sides, or even sealing the whole piece with it. We'll see. The main thing I need to work on is my circle cutting...it's pretty rubbish...

Happy Saturday! X

Thank you for your lovely Comment on my post Rebecca, i'm loving your Resin work, it's looking fab. I wondered if you had seen Lorelei's post about her latest blog hop. She will be sending out a shadow box made by Sara Lukkonen of C Koop Beads.
Here's the link to the Post : http://lorelei1141.blogspot.com/2011/07/shadow-box-challenge-and-blog-hop-sign.html You just have to leave a comment to be in with a chance of getting picked, but i think your resin work would look lovely in one of these boxes xx

You need to chuff the scissors and get circle punches my friend - save yourself tons of annoyance cutting those *#^^$ circles and they are fairly cheap!
